Highly unlikely

Anonymous wondered: 12. Something your looking forward to in the next few days, and something your looking forward to before this year ends.

I’m going to see a play tomorrow with a few friends who I haven’t seen in a while. It’s supposed to be really funny so I’m super excited!

I’m looking forward to better grades and a wonderful summer break inshallah. Just love and good times.

Project Faneela.

T-shirts made by A Sudanese Graphic Designer called Imad AbdulRahiem,

He uses slang terms very familiar to young Sudanese people and catchy phrases to make these simple but vibrant Shirts. I am as impressed as I am entertained by this project.

Anonymous wondered: 11. Best thing that's happened to you in 2013

What’s that? Like 5 months now ha..Well it’s been quite dull, and not so much on the positive side of things either although I’ve been trying my best.

I honestly can’t gather a proper memory of anything tangibly ‘good’ but I remember a few days ago I got a fantastic chocolate cake that kind of switched things around for me.

Oh and I discovered the best burger in Sudan. Yes I think that’s it, Chill and Grill is the best thing that’s happened to me in 2013.

Run my dear, from anything that may not strengthen your precious budding wings. Run like hell my dear, from anyone likely to put a sharp knife into the sacred, tender vision of your beautiful heart.

I had this one friend..I used to know exactly what he meant at all times, even when no one else did…Especially when no one else did. I impressed him. He intimidated me. And we kept each other intrested.
But his life was a series of natural disasters and his mind a whilrpool of possibilities, and when time caught up to the familiar yet pleasantly suprising world we created in each other, we stood no chance.
Now the things he says hold different meanings, double meanings, and the way he looks at me can more often than not be mistaken for disappointment and I’m always looking for ways to restore his faith in me, a faith he lost in his side of the story.
Those who surround him want nothing more than the skills that once came naturally to me, they are struggling to learn the art of figuring him out.

There were no sex classes. No friendship classes. No classes on how to navigate a bureaucracy, build an organization, raise money, create a database, buy a house, love a child, spot a scam, talk someone out of suicide, or figure out what was important to me. Not knowing how to do these things is what messes people up in life, not whether they know algebra or can analyze literature.

Sometimes I cry when I watch MTV because even Snooki can maintain a relationship and I can’t.

Photos of Omar Borkan Al Gala (aka the man that was deported from Saudi Arabia for being too handsome)

On one hand, this is an all-around ridiculous issue

On the other hand, damn gurl capitol offense

I completely understand. He’s Haram to look at, this is worst type of fitna

I accidentally stepped on an ant today. And I just stood there until another one came along and I watched it freak out for atleast five minutes running circles around it’s deceased friend, climbing up my leg and just as hastily jumping off. And I wondered if I had killed it’s mother or father or maybe I killed the bathroom ant president. Eventually the ant started to walk away from the dead body, more of a sprint than a walk, and when it got to the door I thought what if I had the entire day to follow this ant around, would I end up far from here? Would we ever leave the parameters of this house? I wonder where ants go to mourn.

My anon cut me off :(
